Great post! After I graduated college, I was having a hard time finding employment, so a friend suggested I work with a staffing service to gain some more experience. I was reluctant at first because I was looking for a permanent position and didn't see how working temporary jobs would help. However, after working with a staffing service, I was able to see the many positive aspects that came out of this. I gained a lot of great work experience that I was able to put on my resume. Also, the recruiter that I worked with was able to help me with interview techniques and also recommend me to companies that she was working with. In turn, I was able to land a permanent, full-time job that I love. I had a great experience working with a staffing service and would recommend it to anyone else looking for work.
